Closes #79 There was a ticket 69 which I went to address, but was unsure if it would have any real impact: https://github.com/eastgenomics/Genetics_Ark/issues/69 Happy to discuss though?

could you update the readme please with changes on hourly cron -> every 15 minutes under the docker compose section, and also remove the need to manually edit the crontab
