there's an assay version field within the config file that needs updating with every update.
dias_batch currently breaks if the config file is not exactly named as egg4_config.py, meaning that it cannot have the version in the filename, until dias_batch is updated (https://github.com/eastgenomics/dias_batch_running/blob/master/dias.py#L147).
