Teensy issue with workflow where diff report trying to cat a non-closed file (fixed here: https://github.com/eastgenomics/GitHub_Actions/pull/16) Closing this PR and deleting the 004 project made by workflow (https://platform.dnanexus.com/panx/projects/GqX0b3049vk2pqZ0gq61Vv1G/monitor) to run fresh in a new PR
