Unarchived files warning #16

if eggd_artemis fails because files are archived, it would be useful for the logs to display the file ID for the files that were archived or to automate unarchiving if possible.

considering new dias batch handles this, is it still an issue here?

Issue can be handled by running eggd_artemis through batch
