Add in optional input to split c. and p. HGVS notation into separate columns without being prefixed with transcript, required for fitting to their reporting format. This will generate 2 new columns (DNA and Protein) if specified, which can be addressed with other commands such as reorder and rename etc, and the original c.HGVS and p.HGVS are retained in the original columns
