In 748 fix some issues

• Fixes #126
  • Every assay now has 4 colors to be used
  • Colors are deterministic rather than random
• Fixes #127
• Increase delay before fading away Django messages
• Fixed bug where raising errors in the form would not load while signed in because the filter table was not defined
