Automated trendyqc update

Features

• Cron file to run an automated addition of projects in TrendyQC
• Consolidated command script to add projects in TrendyQC
• Slack notifications if:
  • DNAnexus connexion fails
  • MultiQC report setup fails
  • MultiQC report import fails

Changes

• Setup cron in Dockerfile
• Cron file to add projects in TrendyQC everyday
• Default command ran when the TrendyQC container starts is a bash script
  • Bash script to start gunicorn for NGINX use and start the cron job
• New add_projects command script to add projects instead of initial_import
• Slack notification system
• New Slack variables in the docker-compose.yml
