Redirect to Hours/Submission #190

The profile will probably be left unedited once set. We should either redirect people to their hours or submission once logged into the website.

Edit: only if the profile is empty @theTisch21

Should we set it so that if the user's name or graduation is blank, then redirect them to the profile, otherwise redirect them to service? New people might not know there's a profile section to be filled out

@Zjjc123 What if instead of redirecting, we changed it so that the default redirect after login is going to the table of hours, and if there's no profile data, show a popup saying "Please update your profile information" with a button to do so
