Remove sentry heartbeat #194

No longer needed (tested that it works at recording traces) and it clutters up the trace logs for actual traces.

Should we remove the dependency?

No, it's useful for monitoring failure rates. Such as apparently our transactions failing every once and a while for who knows what reason (not critical to functionality so it's perfectly fine but just nice to know)
