I know this will require a lot of refactoring to match up with the ID changes, but I think it's worthwhile getting some functional tests in for the CLI now, even if it doesn't test the interactivity part overmuch.

Think I accidentally also pushed the start I made on the donjon parser...

@jacksonj04 Good to merge, or are there further things you'd like altered? I vaguely remember you had concerns around the command names?
