Should the model update command should provide a flag to update only a tokenizer ? Similar to #63 for the tokenizers in the model remove command

no? close issue
yes, how ? suggestion : model update tokenizer [tokenizer-names...] : would search for the provided tokenizers in each configured model and overwrite the tokenizer (if it is configured)
