Easy-WI generates ist font-awesome CSS instances by using the name of the hybridauth providers.
However in Hybridauth Twitch is called TwitchTV thus it generates fa-twitchtv wich fontawesome doesn't know.
For login this is easy to fix but for the usersettings you have to patch userpanel_user_md.tpl seperately.
