Problems with Gameserver #1203

I have problems using my servers, like i have the game master key on, but when i install a csgo server, its says crashed, and the ftp won't work? how can i fix this, problem if i need to provide any information just say it and i will :D

execute the statuscheck.php crontab by hand and read the console output.
