OpenMPI 4.1.5 fails with UNPACK-OPAL-VALUE: UNSUPPORTED TYPE 33 FOR KEY #20423

Installation of preCICE 3.1.1 (see pr #20408) fails with tests enabled. The failure is due to error in OpenMPI 4.1.5. The error is described here https://github.com/open-mpi/ompi/issues/11749. Fixed version of OpenMPI is in pr #20422.

@furstj Are you seeing this on an Omnipath system?

Maybe we should backport the fix?

@boegel I was hit by this error on several computers both without (PC / Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700T) and with omni-path (server / Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-10700T)
