As a developer, I can create an appointments app to manage booking and scheduling, so that patients can book appointments with doctors.

Acceptance Criteria

Patients can view available time slots for doctors and book appointments.
Doctors can manage their availability and view their schedule.
Appointments can be confirmed, cancelled, or rescheduled.

Task

[x] Create the appointments app and add it to INSTALLED_APPS.
[x] Create models for Appointment and Availability.
[x] Create views and templates for booking, confirming, and managing appointments.
[x] Test the booking and scheduling system.
