As a specialist (e.g., psychologist, social worker, dermatologist), I want to apply to join the HealMate platform, so that I can offer my services to patients.
Acceptance Criteria
Specialists can fill out an application form with necessary details (name, specialty, qualifications, experience).
Applications are stored in the database for review by the admin.
Admins can approve or reject applications from the admin panel.
Task
[ ] Create the specialist_registration app and add it to INSTALLED_APPS.
[ ] Define models for SpecialistApplication with fields such as name, specialty, qualifications, experience, and contact information.
[ ] Set up views and templates for specialist application submission.
[ ] Create an admin interface for reviewing and managing specialist applications.
[ ] Test the application submission and approval process.
