As a user, I want a personalized dashboard based on my role (patient, specialist, admin) so that I can access the features relevant to me.

Acceptance Criteria

Patients have a dashboard showing upcoming and past appointments, health tools, and profile settings.
Doctors have a dashboard to manage appointments, view patient details, and update availability.
Admins have a dashboard to manage users, consultants, and feedback.
Each dashboard is accessible only to the respective user role.

Task

[ ] Create the dashboard app and add it to INSTALLED_APPS.
[ ] Define views for patient, specialist, and admin dashboards.
[ ] Create templates for each dashboard with appropriate navigation and content.
[ ] Set up URL routing for each dashboard.
[ ] Integrate appointment management and messaging features into the respective dashboards.
[ ] Test all dashboards to ensure they display the correct information based on user roles.
