As a patient, I want to view available time slots for a specialist and book an appointment, so that I can get medical advice and treatment.

Acceptance Criteria

Patients can view available time slots for a selected specialist.
Time slots are displayed based on the specialists' availability.
Slots already booked are not shown as available.
Patients can select a time slot, provide a reason for the appointment, and book it.
Appointment details are saved in the database and accessible to both patients and doctors.

Task

[ ] Create the appointments app and add it to INSTALLED_APPS.
[ ] Create models for Appointment and Availability.
[ ] Create views and templates for viewing available slots and booking appointments.
[ ] Set up appointment management views for specialists to confirm, cancel, or reschedule appointments.
[ ] Integrate the booking system with user dashboards.
[ ] Test the booking and scheduling system for various scenarios.
