USER STORY #6 - Messaging System

As a patient, I want to message my doctor/specialist before or after a consultation so that I can ask follow-up questions or clarify doubts.

Acceptance Criteria

• Patients and doctors can send and receive messages securely.
• Messages are stored in the database and displayed in the user's message history.
• Real-time messaging is supported using Django Channels.

Task

• [x] Use already created Message model in Dashboard views.py to setup messages
• [x] Set up views and templates for sending and displaying messages.
• [x] Integrate messaging functionality into the user dashboards.
• [x] Test messaging functionality, including edge cases for message delivery.

A new message app was not needed as messages are usually between specialists and patients. So the message model inside the dashboard app was enough to do the job.
