As a developer, I can create a feedback app to allow patients to leave feedback for doctors, so that the platform can collect user reviews.

Acceptance Criteria

Patients can submit feedback and ratings for doctors.
Feedback is visible on the doctor's profile and can be managed by the admin.

Task

[ ] Create the feedback app and add it to INSTALLED_APPS.
[ ] Create models for Feedback.
[ ] Set up views and templates for submitting and displaying feedback.
[ ] Test the feedback system.
