USER STORY #8 - Patient Feedback and Ratings for Specialists

As a patient, I want to provide feedback and rate the specialists I consult with so that I can help others choose the right specialist.

Acceptance Criteria

• Patients can access a feedback form for each specialist they have consulted with.
• The feedback form should include fields for a written review and a rating (1-5 stars).
• Feedback is stored in the database and linked to the specific specialist and patient.
• Specialists can view feedback provided by patients, but they cannot edit or delete it.
• Admins can moderate feedback (approve, reject, or flag inappropriate feedback).

Task

• [ ] Create the feedback app and add it to INSTALLED_APPS.
• [ ] Define models for Feedback with fields like patient, specialist, review_text, rating, and created_at.
• [ ] Create views and templates for submitting and displaying feedback.
• [ ] Set up an admin interface for moderating feedback (approve/reject/flag).
• [ ] Implement logic to ensure patients can only leave feedback for specialists they have consulted with.
• [ ] Test the feedback submission, display, and moderation process.
