As a patient, I want to access health tools like a BMI calculator and menstrual cycle tracker, so that I can manage my health better.

Acceptance Criteria

Patients can access health tools from their dashboard.
The BMI calculator allows users to input weight and height to calculate and display their BMI.
The Menstrual Cycle Tracker allows users to input the start date of their last period and calculate the next expected cycle.
All tools are responsive, easy to use, and provide accurate results.

Task

[ ] Create the health_tools app and add it to INSTALLED_APPS.
[ ] Create views and templates for each health tool (BMI calculator, cycle tracker).
[ ] Implement JavaScript for instant calculation without page reload.
[ ] Integrate the tools into the patient dashboard.
[ ] Test all health tools for usability, accuracy, and responsiveness.
