As a visitor, I want to see a "Join Us" page that invites specialists to join HealMate so that the platform can expand its range of services.

Acceptance Criteria

A "Join Us" page is accessible from the main navigation menu.
The page provides information on how to join HealMate, including benefits, requirements, and steps to apply.
A call-to-action button takes specialists to the registration form.

Task
