As a patient or specialist, I want to conduct video consultations through the platform, so that I can provide or receive remote medical advice.

Acceptance Criteria

Patients and specialists can initiate video consultations from their dashboards.
The video consultation interface should be secure and user-friendly, with options for mute, camera toggle, and chat.
Only participants with a scheduled appointment can join the consultation.
A video call link is generated and shared securely with both the patient and specialist.

Task

[ ] Integrate a third-party video call API (e.g., Twilio, Jitsi, or WebRTC).
[ ] Set up views and templates for the video consultation interface.
[ ] Create logic to allow video calls only for scheduled appointments.
[ ] Ensure security and privacy for all video consultations.
[ ] Test video consultation functionality across different devices and browsers.
