As a visitor, I want to read health and wellness tips on the platform so that I can learn more about managing my health.

Acceptance Criteria

A blog section is available on the platform with articles on health and wellness tips.
Articles can be categorized (e.g., Nutrition, Mental Health, Exercise).
Admins and approved specialists can submit articles, which are reviewed and published by the admin.

Task

[ ] Create the blog app and add it to INSTALLED_APPS.
[ ] Define models for Post, Category, and Comment.
[ ] Create views and templates for listing blog posts, reading individual posts, and adding comments.
[ ] Set up an admin interface for managing posts and comments.
[ ] Test blog creation, categorization, and display features.
