Nordtronic Zigbee Dimmer

Hi, I can't get Nordtronic A/S dimmer to work in Homey. It comes in as generic/general zigbee dimmer. Can you help me with this please?

Thank you for prompt response. The device can now be added, and gives correct status feedback when controlled from Homey app. But I'm not able to configure impulse switch, and the connected switch is not able to trigger the dimmer either as impulse or toggle.

Also, is it possible to add power measure feature to this dimmer?

Please change the External Switch Type in the advanced settings of the device, and then have a test.

Hi again, I had to wait for the update before I did the test. After removing and adding devices it does work as it expected now. Thanks for the help.

• Is impulse switch means Push Switch?
• Push Switch should also be able to control the device when device is not paired, so make sure your connection is correct.
• Metering is not supported, you can manually set power usage at Energy -> Device -> Settings -> Energy settings.

Hi, yes by saying "impact" I mean same function as push. At first they turned on and off by the switch, but perhaps they where configured as on/off switch? When installed where they should be, the work as expected. I have wired Neutral directly to the dimmer, and Live through switch.

Is this same for all Sunricher dimmers, no power metering on ZigBee, only Z-wave?

Push Button now works, right? I also don't know the configuration of the device, I just follow the manual.

Some Sunricher dimmers support power metering such as the ZG9040A-S, but this dimmer does not.
