Update antiadblock_dutch.txt #3

The 3 rules were outdated and could not be reproduced. Plus a whole set of new rules.

Do you allow ##+js() and redirect rules? If yes, I have same more rules.

The rules I provided are in ABP-syntax and I've reproduced them. I can't use forum.lanik.us, so I'm sorry for that @dimisa-RUAdList
