rtl.nl: updated domain #19054

The domain was updated from rtlnieuws.nl to rtl.nl. There is a redirect to the new domain.

When EasyList Cookie is enabled RTL hangs with nearly 100% cpu usage.

Updating the domain in the exception filter here fixes the issue.

however, I do not use this filter list and I did not immedeately see an element with the social class
