If I am not mistaken, Outbrain is already blocked by default in Ublock origin. No need for this filter in Easylist Germany.

Its not i tested it. The placeholder is still here.

The Outbrain script is blocked in a filter list used in uBO other than EasyList or EasyList Germany. In EasyList it's not blocked because Outbrain doesn't only serve ads but also content (in this case from t3n.de). Since EasyList and EasyList Germany only remove ads, we won't add this filter.
