Filter for hiding placeholders all over the pages at br.investing

Proposed filter: br.investing.com##div[class*="im-ad-"]

@felippesantos46 Do you still see the need for this filter? If so, I think this can be added to EasyList, because this site is offered in several languages (including English) so this issue may be applicable there too.

Unfortunately I am not been able to replicate your issue...

Hey @Khrin, thank you for your review. I believe we can close this one, now they've implemented a wall as you can see:

I can't reproduce, even with VPN. Also, i don't see that wall you mentioned. I think we could close this one.
