Filters for br.ccm

Blocking filter for ads inside the images: ||seedtag.com^$script I believe it can also be added directly in EL, as it's an universal advertising company focused in "animated" ads inside images. SeedTag

Hiding filter for placeholders: br.ccm.net,saude.ccm.net##div[class^="ads--insertor-"] It can also be more specific: br.ccm.net,saude.ccm.net##.ads--insertor-casper

I've changed ||seedtag.com^$script to||seedtag.com^$third-party,domain=~seedtag.com to not block seedtag webpage.

We can go with these filters by now. But my suggestion is, if there's a single class we could go directly for a ##.class type filter. But in this case it's good, maybe even a bit more generic with a selector like [class^="ads--"]
