Overwin motions doesn't work #472

Environment: Mac OS Monterey m1 pro

I am not able to enter the target key, if I use the cross window motion.

I use WebStorm on Ubuntu 21.10, and overwin action causes vim entering insert mode instead of waiting for target keys.
