Update Directus's template to 10.5.3 #441

Hello,

I've updated the Directus template. This update also addresses the environment issue related to Redis caching.

I've aimed to keep the changes as straightforward and simple as possible.

Hello,

I've updated the Directus template. This update also addresses the environment issue related to Redis caching.

I've aimed to keep the changes as straightforward and simple as possible.

I'm using Easypanel and try to deploy this version but I always get [connect ECONNREFUSED 127.0.0.1:6379 messages.

When deploying the old version again everything works.

Rename your env CACHE_REDIS to REDIS it solves the connection issue
