Strapi template is using an unmaintained version of Strapi (v3) #461

Strapi deprecated it's v3 version and also their docker image. Maybe we should remove the unmaintained version to not cause problems and migrate to v4 asap.

we can take Railway's template as a starter point: https://github.com/railwayapp-templates/strapi
