Updated GitHub documentation #35

As GitHub provides 2 different ways of generating tokens, each with their own set of permissions/scopes, I thought it would be helpful to document the differences and what Easypanel requires.

I've experimented with both classic and fine-grained tokens, and I came to the documentation in this PR as a working/bare-minimum setup.
