Hi, just like to advise on some php warnings i'm receiving in EPL in the admin area using PHP 8.1.

Warning: Undefined array key 0 in /Users/greg/Sites/wp/wp-content/plugins/easy-property-listings/lib/includes/admin/menus/menus.php on line 58

Warning: Undefined array key 0 in /Users/greg/Sites/wp/wp-content/plugins/easy-property-listings/lib/includes/admin/menus/menus.php on line 69

@since 3.4.48 fixed warnings when no user role set for user.
