[Fix] order-inventory-set-source-code-default #19

Description

Currently for stores activated MSI(Multi Source Inventory) feature, it's not possible to update the fulfillment status on Magento2 successfully. It's due to the ExtensionAttributes not being set before saving shipment.
add setSourceCode to default process
add detailed error
Pending:
- fully support MSI

Tested it with our test store Shipment: https://supership.easyship.com/shipments/ESHK111331902 Company: https://supership.easyship.com/companies/CHK439809 Magento2 store: Magento2 CE 2.3.4

The order item with unassigned resource will be set to default.
