BUG double CreateSummary #47

How to reproduce : on 20110929 version, first do a discoimport by Sophie, then a discobb by Ted. Then CreateSummary appears in double, and one of its url is erroneously ...?wsdl .

Could not reproduce, assuming it has been fixed since.
