Support for simple runtime service registry based on property file #69

Goal : allow EasySOA to import and regenerate a property file like

[service name / alias]=[URL of the endpoint to use]

Pattern described at http://www.easysoa.org/2011/09/simple-service-registry/ , inspired by C... partner entreprise use case.

When adding the automation client to easysoa-registry-api, I made a example based on this use case, see 0f1d496
