Service registry : Caching problems #8

  1. FIXED / In the SCA import form, we have to log out and in again to see changes in the application list.
  2. FIXED / In the dashboard, the gadget is never refreshed after first use, despite removing caching in the Javascript calls.
  3. A manual refresh often has to be forced to see new documents after REST notifications.
  4. OBSOLETE / New relations (created using RelationService) ore often not visible until another document has been visited.

=> How can we empty the cache(s) programmatically?
