Fix bug: con't read info of manual upload extension package, cause install failure.

zentao 17.8，手工上传这个插件 ldap.zip，已在zh-cn.yml中兼容17.8，安装的时候提示版本不兼容，强制安装并没有复制文件到指定位置。调试代码发现是上传解压插件的时候移除的路径不对，临时解压把doc目录移除了，导致无法读取ext/doc/zh-cn.yml文件。
