machine names with a ':' in them break graphing #39

Set instance name needs to not contain : or it blows up graph generation ie:

ERROR: Unused Arguments "RISV-V" in command : LINE2:data#00A0A0:rose:RISV-V
Graph generation failed:

sanitise the name used for graph generation..
