单master节点，节点重启后，无法ping通node节点上的pod服务ip #1368

单master节点，节点重启后，无法ping通node节点上的pod服务ip； 重启了master上的network,kube-proxy，docker等服务均不行。 node节点上的pod服务之间可以相互ping 通； 注：master和node节点之间的是可以ping通的

Why is this needed?

现在无法通过master服务访问，急急急
