can't set self as root #4

I've seen this error a few times. Not sure of the cause, it's coming from ete. Should be an easy fix.

Resolved. Raises an error if the selected nodes are paraphyletic, otherwise, it selects the monophyletic inverse of the selection if this error is raised by ete and this fixes the rooting.
