maybe it is a silly question, but I'm wondering if have any way to assign colors to circles based on sequence names?
I put on attachments an pdf file with some tests that I performed, I made it for color labels, but when I tried the same strategy for node colors I can't do it.
I'm also wondering If have any way to create theses circular shapes only in the external tips (in place of the label names), to get a final picture with the internal nodes colored by support values (as you have done in the example trees) and the external nodes colored by some feature, such as a pattern name.
So is that I congratulate you for this amazing library, and I would appreciate it if you could clarify my silly question.
