Supporting smackage installation? #14

I'm very interested in this project. Smackage is a package manager for Standard ML. If you provide smackage spec, users can install and manage ponyo via smackage CLI. Would you plan to support smackage?

In the future, I don't see why not. However, since the library is still pre-alpha, all my priorities revolve around building out and testing the modules and scripts.
