can't get ssh-lpk work with ldaps #16

ldap:// works very well

service sshd(with lpk) restart 

Starting sshd: ldap_connect: (TLS) ldap_start_tls(): Can't contact LDAP server 
(-1)

i still can login with username and passwd through sshd
but not with pub-key

is this a bug?
