Is this a bug with the plugin keeps on pinging the button? No one was home, and it has Single Press and Double Press pings.

Update the Gateway settings and set logLevel to 0 to suppress the messages, or clear periodicEvents to prevent the events altogether.

Dear @ebaauw, I have read through a couple of threads with the same problem - you always send a link to the Wiki and updating the log level. For you or anyone completely into this stuff, this might seem like a perfect response. But there are many people out there - myself included - that have absolutely no idea what all that means and where to actually change it.

Could you please - for us idiots - give us a step by step foolproof mini guide, as to what we should change in Homebridge, so we do not get the message anymore? In the config? In the console?

@Domser21 did you figure it out somehow? we're lost, too. and the wiki link isn't helping.
