Adding a quick start guide #20

It would be nice to have a quick start guide with code and XML examples. Also, is switching from linear to grid has any affect? In my case, I wouldn't need headers for my grid.

@MohamadAtieh there is a sample project included in the repo that shows how to integrate the library into your code. I haven't tested grids yet, but I don't think it will work without any modifications.
