WS2812B-4020 is a side firing variant of the WS2812B. Available on LCSC. Added a footprint and a symbol w/ correct pinout. Used this part on a project before but haven't verified this exact footprint/symbol yet!

Will merge, but move the footprint into the -xp lib for now until tested - thank you! Wish the tech drawings in the datasheet were less garbage, and I would make my own 3d model for it...
